How long does my order take ?
Depending on the service the order may be actioned immediately or within 24 hours.
We only provide inspection services in Brisbane to Byron Bay, and the Central Coast to Newcastle areas.
Do we complete applications for a tenant
We don’t submit or create applications for properties, we offer a tenant profile to submit along with your application and to provide to the agent at the inspection. We also hand the report to the agent if we attend on your behalf.
What’s the benefit of the tenant Profile
We learn about you, your needs, your situation, your history and provide a profile to stand out in the process. It provides agents with a great snapshot of who you are and why you’re the best applicant for the property. We think of things you wouldn’t have thought of and it really assists the agent, a big picture of you as a tenant. Just what we all need in this rental crisis. And yes it comes at a cost.
What is your refund policy?
if you cancel within 6 hours of the booking time, refunds are not offered, you can book another time/date.
If you book in for services and we are unable to accomodate the service, we will refund
Why would an agent refer a tenant to us?
Tenants might not be able to view the property and we can do that on their behalf. They may be out of the area or moving interstate and need assistance in many ways, movers, cleaners, collecting keys and Inspecting properties. We also offer vacating services so the agent can let the property sooner with our expertise and coordinating trades (as an example).
Can you attend inspections on weekends?
Yes, we inspect for you on weekends and when they are conflicting, we can cover one or two for you. We offer discounts for multi-inspections over the weeks & same day.
What’s involved in the vacating services?
You leave the property and we do the rest, we visit them home, offer a plan to bring it to the standard as you entered, send you quotes, organise trades, services on your behalf and make sure the property is ready to hand back to the agent. Simply walk out and we do the rest, all with your approval of course.
