Home Inspection Service

Can’t make the inspection? We can.

Renters Partner attends the scheduled inspection on the customer’s behalf.

What we do:

• Attendance at the property

• Detailed inspection notes

• Photos

• Video walkthrough where permitted/appropriate

• Key property observations

• Questions answered where possible

• Overall “would we shortlist it?” assessment

• Same-day report

Our promise:

You don’t have to take time off work, organise childcare or drive across town just to see whether a rental is worth applying for.
