Delegate the stress of home inspections to Renters Partner with our comprehensive Inspection bundle service.

We offer up to 3 visits within one week to inspect open homes on your behalf. 

We'll provide an inspection outcome based on your planned open homes.

Our team will provide walk-through evaluations, videos taken for each home over a 1-week period, including one (1) Saturday inspection.

A comprehensive Consultation to determine needs, Search and report property options, book and Inspect properties on your behalf.

Discovery consultation to determine needs:

*price, size, bedrooms, type of property

*location

*move dates

*travel requirements from the property

*Nice to have's

*Non negotables

Once we have this information Rental Partners request Inspections on your behalf to inspect properties with comprehensive summaries (videos where possible) after each viewing.

Based on 3 Inspections

1. A comprehensive Consultation to determine preferences

2. Search and report back on property options, for approval to view

3. Book Inspections

4. Inspect properties on your behalf.

5. Discuss your requirements with the agent, if there's anything you'd like us to highlight we can at the inspection

6. Property overview sent to you at the completion of the inspection via email or phone Addressing any concerns or considerations

   Provide the inspection Address, Date & Time and schedule when booking’s

** Additional Opens Inspections to be booked where necessary.

** Application process not included. tenant to complete all applications.
